The role involves designing and governing reference data models, developing RDF/OWL/SKOS and SPARQL/SQL solutions, managing ontology lifecycles, integrating semantic data, building automated ingestion pipelines, and mentoring junior engineers. Candidates need a master’s degree with 7–10 years of experience or a bachelor’s degree with 8–12 years of experience, plus 8–12 years of experience in reference data engineering, semantic technologies, or knowledge graph implementations, along with expertise in semantic web standards, semantic platforms, pharma domain vocabularies, metadata governance, and cloud data platforms.
