WOLFF & MÜLLER is hiring a Reference Engineer for tender calculation in civil engineering and road construction. The role prepares and compiles tender bids, manages change orders, develops cost estimates, determines manufacturing costs, defines tender strategy, reviews tender documents, conducts site investigations, supports contract negotiations, and assesses risks. Candidates need a civil engineering or comparable building-technician degree, at least two years of operational site management and tender-calculation experience, knowledge of VOB and BGB, construction software skills, a class B driver’s license, and excellent German. The position offers a performance- and market-based collective-agreement salary of €43,000–€62,000 per year plus benefits.
