TEAG Thüringer Energie AG is hiring a permanent, full-time Reference for Processes and Automation in Erfurt. The role serves as the central contact for private-customer-sales processes, designs end-to-end processes with Process Owners, advises on SAP S/4HANA Cloud and other sales systems, supports solution development and testing, identifies automation and digitization opportunities, models and documents processes, performs gap and risk analyses, monitors key figures, and prepares management reporting. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, several years of process-management experience, process-modeling and implementation knowledge, requirements-management skills, and proficiency with MS Office; SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Jira, Confluence, Teams, usability, and a class B driver’s license are also mentioned.
