Description
The employer is seeking a Reference for Science Management & Research Steering to serve as a central interface between scientific leadership, institute management, research departments, project managers, and administration. The role supports research steering, strategy development, organizational planning, decision-making materials, reporting, evaluations, audits, compliance, project monitoring, and communication with scientific, administrative, funding, and external stakeholders. It requires a university degree, professional experience in science or research management, strong analytical and communication skills, and German and English at least at C1 level. The contract is a full-time fixed-term agreement of two years with an extension option, with part-time options and a workplace in Brandenburg.
