ATLAS is hiring a Reference (m/f/d) Commission Settlement to manage end-to-end commission settlement, from data processing through payout, while reviewing settlements for accuracy and timeliness, coordinating with internal and external partners, supporting wealth advisors, handling special cases, and contributing to process optimization. The role requires commercial training, preferably initial knowledge of financial services, commission settlement, or back office, strong MS Office and Excel skills, and a structured, service-oriented working style.
