Description
The Engineer for Facility Management/Technical Building Management will manage and monitor maintenance, inspections, repairs, building automation, CAFM, energy efficiency, and life-cycle-cost optimization for county-owned properties. The role requires an engineering or relevant technical degree, extensive experience in building operations and building management, knowledge of applicable regulations, German communication skills, and a Class B driver's license. It is a permanent full-time public-sector position based in Plochingen with an option to work from home and benefits including pension, annual special payment, performance bonus, flexible working hours, and childcare support.
