Audi BKK is hiring a Reference Officer (m/f/d) Controlling to take over and develop areas of responsibility in performance and healthcare provision controlling. The role covers operational and strategic controlling, cost-development analysis, steering measures, reporting, Data Warehouse development using SQL Server, bitAnalytics, Visual Studio, and Power BI, data-quality reviews, and internal and cross-fund KPI development. Candidates need a university degree in health economics, controlling, business and social sciences, or a comparable qualification, along with professional experience, strong MS Excel skills, SQL and DAX knowledge, Microsoft BI experience, and familiarity with health-insurance data flows. The position is available at Audi BKK locations in Ingolstadt, Wolfsburg, or Neckarsulm.
