DB InfraGO AG is hiring a Reference: Procurement Compliance for External Staff Deployment to ensure compliant, risk-oriented, and cost-effective deployment of external service providers. The role develops governance, processes, and preventive measures; advises executives on HR compliance and anti-money laundering; analyzes risks and contracts; supports reporting and remediation; and leads cross-departmental projects. It is a Work-Where-You-Want role with an official office location in Germany, and candidates should have a law, business law, or business administration degree, strong knowledge of labor and contract law, and experience with external-service-provider deployment.
