TEAG Thüringer Energie AG is hiring a full-time Reference – Requirements and Portfolio Management professional in Erfurt to centrally coordinate specialist ideas, requirements, and projects from the residential customer sales segment. The role prioritizes sales initiatives, develops cross-departmental demand and portfolio management, coordinates Sales, Service, IT, and external service providers, monitors implementation progress and risks, and reports on key figures. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant business or informatics field, project and requirements management experience, process and IT application knowledge, strong communication skills, MS Office proficiency, and a class B driver’s license; SAP S/4HANA Cloud and collaborative tool experience are advantageous.
