Encompass Medical Group is hiring a full-time Referral Coordinator for its Wornall office, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The role organizes patient flow, follows up on specialty referrals, verifies registration and insurance information, coordinates with physicians, receptionists, ancillary services, insurance carriers, and outside consultants, and assists patients with healthcare, financial, and social barriers. A high school education or equivalent and prior receptionist or customer service and medical-setting experience are required; referral coordination and medical terminology are preferred. The position offers a $500 sign-on bonus and a $500 completion bonus, along with medical, dental, vision, life, long-term disability, PTO, and 401(k) benefits.
