Description
The Referral Coordinator supports Marin City Health and Wellness Center by coordinating patient care with external healthcare offices, hospitals, agencies, and programs. The role processes authorizations and referrals, verifies insurance eligibility, maintains referral records, maintains a community-resource directory, and provides customer service to patients. It requires at least one year of healthcare administrative experience, insurance and referral knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication and organizational skills, and English proficiency; Spanish proficiency is preferred.
