TeamSystem, a leading European technology company, is hiring a senior full-stack software developer for its Research and Development team in Milan or Pesaro, Italy. The role owns end-to-end feature delivery across API design, backend services, and responsive user interfaces, using Node.js, TypeScript, React.js, and MongoDB in an Agile environment. The position requires at least five years of software development experience, advanced English, and strong autonomy, with desirable experience in NestJS, Fastify or Express, microfrontends, CI/CD, automated testing, and AWS or Azure. It is a full-time hybrid role with total compensation of €53,000–€66,000 per year plus a wellbeing wallet of up to €3,850 annually.
