Description
One Health Ohio is hiring a Referral Specialist to provide general clinical-office support and customer service, manage patient referrals and related paperwork, handle phone calls and messages, track laboratory and testing results, reschedule missed appointments, and maintain electronic health records. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, patient check-in/out, profile completion, insurance verification, sliding-scale competency, and CPR or the ability to obtain it; healthcare and NextGen experience are desired. The position may work at any OHO locations deemed necessary.
