Arco is hiring a Referrals Coordinator for its New Business area focused on Colleges and customer schools. The role leads the strategy and execution of referral and expansion programs, coordinates with Customer Success, Pedagogical Sales, and Cross-sell Intelligence, creates outreach workflows, monitors demand-generation KPIs, and supports analysts. Candidates need B2B demand-generation experience, strong communication and influencing skills, analytical and prioritization abilities, and previous people-management experience.
