Counseling4Kids is hiring a mid-level Referrals Specialist contractor for an expected six-month term. The role coordinates client referrals and transfers, processes referrals and insurance eligibility, maintains client records in IBHIS and Exym, supports DMH and physician-related administrative work, and provides reception and translation support. Applicants need a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience, along with strong communication, organizational, multitasking, and bilingual English/Spanish skills.
