The Plant Manager will oversee the overall operations of a single Newark Refinery plant, including production and quality management, regulatory and food-safety compliance, operational efficiency, capital and operating budgets, and direct-report management. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least four years of related work experience, and offers dayshift scheduling with flexible evening and weekend work, relocation support, and a base salary of USD 124,000 to 160,000.
