The Refinish Technician reviews bodywork, mixes and color-matches paint, refinishes vehicles to pre-accident condition, completes work orders, manages paint inventory, follows safety procedures, and collaborates with production teams. The role requires 2–5+ years of collision repair experience, strong quality and production capabilities, and I-CAR or ASE certifications are a bonus. Compensation is $50,000–$100,000+ per year based on experience, with medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision insurance effective on day one.
