Description
A site-based refractory installation and erection professional is responsible for implementing Calderys safety protocols, conducting toolbox talks and audits, executing refractory lining work according to drawings and SOPs, maintaining quality documentation, delivering projects on schedule, preparing progress and material reports, coordinating inspections with third-party agencies, managing site materials, complying with statutory requirements, processing billing certifications, and maintaining site machinery. The role requires 5–10 years of field experience in refractory, mechanical, or structural installation and erection, with refractory experience in cement, power plant, or petrochemical settings preferred.
