Description
RATH is seeking a refractory production operator to set up and operate production lines, manufacture fiber modules and fiber die-cut parts, maintain material flow, coordinate manufacturing processes, perform ongoing quality control, operate equipment and systems, and package and palletize edge strips, wool, chopped material, mats, and rolls. The role requires willingness to work three shifts and possibly weekends, along with reliability, flexibility, teamwork, and practical or technical skills; prior machine or plant operator experience is desirable.
