Description
LAPORTE is hiring a Process Safety Engineer / Refrigeration Engineer to support process risk analyses, process safety management programs, and the safe design of ammonia and CO2 refrigeration systems for clients in the food-processing, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology sectors. The role includes HAZOP, LOPA, What-If, PHA, dispersion, safety audits, refrigeration-system inspections, technical reporting, calculations, SOP development, and client support. It is available across Canada in a hybrid format starting from a Canadian office, with at least two days per week in the office, and requires a relevant engineering degree, professional engineering status, and at least two years of process safety or industrial refrigeration experience.
