Description
The Refrigeration Manager manages and coordinates the Refrigeration and Boiler Departments, including scheduling personnel, preparing preventive maintenance schedules, reviewing utilities reports, addressing operational issues, maintaining OSHA, PSM, ASHRAE, and other compliance standards, training employees, managing the refrigeration maintenance budget, scheduling 24-hour work crews, and overseeing ammonia-system projects. The role requires technical school or high school training with comparable experience, preferably a degree in applied sciences, and at least 5–10 years of ammonia refrigeration experience.
