J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. is hiring a full-time Refrigeration Mechanic in South Gate, California. The role performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, service, and repair on specialized trailers and containers, including refrigerated equipment, chassis, air brakes, electrical systems, tires, and structural components. The position requires EPA Section 608 Tech 2 certification, at least one year of DOT/FHWA inspection and air-brake experience, and 1–2 years of semi-trailer maintenance experience or equivalent training. Work may occur outdoors and across varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
