Description

Lineage is seeking a Refrigeration Operator responsible for leading and promoting a culture of health and safety, performing daily checks and repairs on refrigeration equipment, conducting tours of the warehouse, following preventative maintenance programs, monitoring and adjusting equipment to reduce utility costs, enforcing safety policies, and complying with various regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a related field, possess a valid B-class or higher Refrigeration Operator Certificate, and demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrates a positive and professional attitude with a hands-on and team-oriented work style.
Ability to work in temperatures of -30 degrees Celsius.
