Composition Brands is hiring a full-time 1st-shift Refrigeration Repair Technician in Greenville, Michigan, reporting to the Production Supervisor. The role diagnoses, troubleshoots, repairs, and tests refrigeration and ice products that fail performance or inspection, while also operating hand tools, maintaining records, checking materials and finished products, and following safety and quality procedures. The position requires a high school education or GED, 1–3 years of consecutive appliance repair experience, hand-tool and wiring-diagram skills, and the ability to work the scheduled shifts and mandatory overtime.
