Description
The Refrigeration Service Technician serves as a technical interface between service, R&D, production, and the academy, supporting complex service cases, error diagnosis, field-feedback analysis, product optimization, and standards-compliant propane-system application. The role also includes hands-on coaching, training, commissioning, maintenance, hydraulics, standards, and technical support for external sales and field-service colleagues. Candidates need a master craftsman or technician qualification in refrigeration or heat-pump technology, hands-on service or systems-construction experience, knowledge of standards and safety requirements, R290-system expertise, and A2L/A3 specialist knowledge.
