Description
The Refrigeration Supervisor reports to the Facility Manager and oversees the daily operations of the Refrigeration Group, including refrigeration, steam, process equipment, and wastewater discharge systems. The role supervises mechanics, maintains preventive maintenance schedules, ensures safe and compliant work practices, and supports pre-production setup. Candidates need an associate degree with five to seven years of supervisory experience, or nine to eleven years of experience including five years in a supervisory role, plus knowledge of ammonia refrigeration, compressed air, steam generation, process equipment maintenance, and CIP.
