Description
The Refrigeration Technician will operate and maintain refrigeration plant systems at the Cullinan facility, including preventive and corrective maintenance, temperature monitoring, breakdown response, job-card completion, and site housekeeping. The role also supervises plant-room operators, manages PPE and occupational health and safety, and follows food-safety procedures. Applicants must have Grade 12, a Category B technical trade test in electrical, mechanical, or refrigeration, and 3–8 years of ammonia refrigeration maintenance experience in an FMCG environment.
