Description
The Refrigeration Technician will maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and lead root-cause analysis for industrial refrigeration, HVAC, glycol, water-chiller, and related facilities equipment. The role includes preventive maintenance, CMMS documentation, vendor and maintenance audits, training and mentoring of technicians, and building project work. It requires 4–6 years of industrial refrigeration experience, EPA Section 608 certification, relevant regulatory licenses, and the ability to work in physically demanding environments. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and offers a Texas pay range of $37.50–$37.50 USD, along with health and wellness benefits, PTO, sick leave, and a 401(k) company match.
