Description
The Refrigeration Technician maintains, troubleshoots, repairs, and audits industrial refrigeration, HVAC, glycol, water-chiller, and related facilities equipment. The role leads compliance, preventive and predictive maintenance, root-cause analysis, vendor audits, and training of entry-level technicians, while also performing assigned building projects. It requires 4–6 years of industrial refrigeration experience, EPA Section 608 certification, relevant field licenses, and the ability to work with refrigerants, electrical systems, controls, and safety programs. The position runs Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., offers a Texas pay range of $37.50 per hour, and includes health and wellness benefits, PTO, sick leave, and a 401(k) company match.
