Description
The Refurbishment Program Lead will partner with the Strategy Director at Citizens Bank to shape and execute the enterprise branch refresh/reformat strategy across the bank’s network. The role owns governance, portfolio prioritization, and end-to-end delivery of refresh, reformat, and refurbishment projects spanning design, approvals, construction, and closeout, while coordinating across strategy, design, real estate, finance, procurement, technology, operations, and field leadership. It requires strong program management, capital planning, executive communication, and experience leading large-scale multi-site transformation efforts in retail real estate, branch transformation, construction program management, or multi-site operations.
