Klim is hiring a full-time remote Project Manager based in Poland to lead regenerative agriculture projects, engage and empower farmers, build trusted partnerships, and execute projects from strategy through delivery. The role requires several years of professional experience, project-management and regenerative-agriculture competencies, strong communication with farmers, fluency in Polish and English, and ideally a valid driving license. The position is hired through an EOR remote arrangement and offers autonomy, project ownership, and the opportunity to help build a new market.
