Biffa Specialist Services Industrial is hiring a Regional Driver Development Coach to support HAZ and liquid waste tanker drivers across the UK. The role covers recruitment and onboarding, induction and refresher training, competence and training records, post-incident reassessment, driving performance analysis, behavioural interventions, and continuous improvement. Candidates need at least three years of HGV driving experience across multiple modes, a valid Class 1 HGV licence, DCPC and Digital Tachograph card, and an ADR qualification; waste vacuum tanker experience is preferred.
