The Chubb Agribusiness Specialist will recruit and recommend qualified agents, facilitate broker meetings, promote agribusiness insurance products, conduct territorial analysis, develop broker business plans, coordinate marketing campaigns, and support agricultural meetings across Nebraska, Kansas, North Dakota, and South Dakota. The role requires a BA/BS degree, extensive sales and marketing experience, knowledge of property and casualty insurance, and the ability to recruit and train agents, with approximately 50% travel required.
