IFF is hiring an onsite Regional Application Development Manager in Hyderabad, India, to lead and develop a regional application team and execute application development strategy for the Grain Processing business. The role coordinates with industry, sales, and technical service teams; leads laboratory and plant work including formulation, characterization, trials, and product launches; manages projects; develops customer application knowledge; and builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates need a relevant master’s or Ph.D., at least 10 years of experience in Grain Processing or Biofuels and Bioenergy, experience commercializing industrial enzyme solutions, laboratory-to-production scaling, team leadership, and cross-functional communication.
