Description
The employer is seeking an experienced Regional Area Manager to lead operations across the Rockhampton City territory and surrounding regions in Australia. The permanent role oversees multi-site restaurant operations, commercial performance, profitability, people development, compliance, customer experience, and strategic execution, while leading Senior Operations Coaches and Restaurant Managers. The position requires at least three years of regional or area management experience, P&L and business development expertise, and regular intrastate travel to multiple Queensland cities.
