Description
The Regional Board Certified Behavior Analyst serves as a systems leader and technical expert for Aspire Bay Area schools, spending approximately 75% of the role on regional behavior-support systems, protocols, professional learning, coaching, and capacity building, and 25% on direct assessment, intervention design, and implementation support for students with complex behavioral needs. The role does not serve as a primary crisis responder or formal supervisor of school-based staff. It requires active BCBA certification, a master’s degree in a related field, and 3–5 years of experience designing, implementing, and evaluating behavioral supports, with experience leading systems-level work, developing Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans, and providing professional development and consultation.
