County Materials is hiring a Regional Branch Manager L&M to lead and support up to 20 retail branch locations across Wisconsin. The role oversees sales performance, business development, staffing, inventory, safety, customer service, workforce planning, and regional strategic planning while partnering with branch managers. It is a remote position requiring approximately 40% travel within Wisconsin and occasional out-of-state travel, with a typical Monday-through-Friday schedule. The position requires at least three years of supervisory or management experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel frequently; an associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
