LendingOne is hiring a Regional Business Development Manager to grow business among real estate investors in an assigned U.S. market. The remote, full-time role combines consultative B2B sales, outbound and inbound lead generation, investor relationship management, event networking, deal evaluation, and guidance through business-purpose mortgage financing and closing. Preferred backgrounds include real estate, mortgage, or private lending, especially fix-and-flip, DSCR, and rental-property financing.
