Alnylam is seeking an experienced Regional Business Director to lead and manage a high-performing team of Business Account Executives. The director will focus on promoting AMVUTTRA®, a newly FDA-approved drug for treating ATTR-CM and hATTR-PN, by educating healthcare professionals on disease awareness and product knowledge. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, coaching team members, analyzing market trends, and fostering a customer-centric culture. The role requires significant domestic/regional travel.
