KnowBe4 is hiring a Regional Channel Account Manager – Northeast to develop and grow its channel business across the Boston metro area and Northeast region. The role manages a portfolio of regional and national reselling partners, develops territory plans, conducts partner discovery and joint business planning, delivers sales training and events, drives deal registrations and closed-won business, manages incentive and rebate programs, coordinates channel marketing, and maintains partner performance and Salesforce records. The position requires extensive travel throughout the region, a bachelor's degree is a plus, and applicants must reside in or relocate to the Boston metro area. Compensation is $150,000–$200,000 including base, bonuses, and commissions, with an application deadline of 8/9/2026.
