Restaurant Associates is hiring a Regional Chef to lead and support culinary operations across a portfolio of business dining accounts throughout the United States and Toronto. The role is based in New York City, requires on-site work Monday through Friday, and involves travel to multiple accounts. Responsibilities include developing operations plans, managing regional cost controls, planning menus, improving customer experience, and leading associates, suppliers, clients, and customers. Candidates need a culinary degree or comparable four-year culinary development experience, 5–7 years of culinary management experience, multi-unit experience, strong leadership and financial skills, and willingness to travel.
