Description
Burgess & Niple is hiring a regional civil engineering practice leader to grow the firm’s civil engineering practice, develop client relationships and new markets, lead project delivery, manage budgets and performance, mentor project managers and engineers, and represent the firm at client and industry events. The role requires a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, marketing, business administration, or another applicable field, at least 15 years of civil engineering experience, and strong business development, leadership, project delivery, and client-service capabilities.
