GOALS for Autism, Inc. is hiring a full-time Regional Clinical Director in Walnut Creek, California, to lead behavioral intervention services across a regional area. The role supervises individualized in-home and community-based programs for children and adolescents, manages and develops clinical staff including Registered Behavior Technicians and Clinical Supervisors, oversees documentation, billing, scheduling, audits, insurance reviews, and service quality, and ensures compliance with behavioral-health and funding requirements. Candidates need a relevant master’s degree, BCBA certification or a related mental-health license, at least five years of related experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders or developmental disabilities, and at least two years of post-BCBA experience.
