Oral Surgery Partners is hiring a Regional Clinical Trainer to train, mentor, and onboard Surgical Assistants across multiple oral surgery practices in Kansas and surrounding areas. The role covers surgical assisting, IV sedation and general anesthesia workflows, patient monitoring, infection control, sterilization, clinical safety, competency assessment, and temporary hands-on support. Candidates need at least five years of oral and maxillofacial surgical assisting experience and one year of IV sedation or general anesthesia experience; training, mentoring, and DAANCE certification are preferred.
