Description

IDEA Public Schools is hiring a full-time Regional Coach - Literacy in Austin, Texas, for the 2026–2027 school year. The role develops Assistant Principals of Instruction and other school leaders through coaching, professional development, data analysis, observation, and collaboration to improve Tier 1 instruction, interventions, teacher practice, and student achievement. It requires substantial regional travel, a bachelor's degree, teaching and school leadership or coaching experience, Office 365 proficiency, and demonstrated instructional and professional-development expertise.

Additional Information
