Guardian Glass is hiring a Regional Controller in Luxembourg to oversee the financial control of multiple manufacturing facilities across Europe. The role partners with operations, accounting, compliance, and leadership teams to produce timely and accurate monthly financial statements, analyze budget and profitability variances, support complex corporate transactions, manage local statutory filings, and improve accounting processes and internal controls. Candidates need a master’s degree in accounting or finance, accounting or analytical finance experience, experience with multiple legal entities, strong communication and English skills, and strong Excel skills.
