Silgan Plastics is hiring a Regional Controller to provide financial oversight and leadership for assigned manufacturing plants or regions. The role oversees monthly close, reporting, forecasting, general ledger, payroll, inventory, fixed assets, reserves, write-offs, accruals, budgets, forecasts, capital projects, audits, and SOX compliance, while partnering with Operations and Supply Chain leadership. It also includes process optimization, analytics, forecasting accuracy, working capital management, and cross-functional initiatives. The position requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, at least five years of progressive manufacturing accounting experience, and two years of plant controllership responsibility; Oracle E-Business Suite experience is preferred.
