AstraZeneca is hiring a Regional Customer Director (RCD) to lead scientific engagement, KOL advocacy, and execution of the ATTR brand strategy across the West Area of the United States. The field-based individual contributor reports to the ATTR - West Area Director and partners with Medical, Brand, Sales, Market Access, and Headquarters teams. Responsibilities include developing KOL relationships, delivering compliant scientific exchanges, synthesizing field insights, leading national and regional initiatives, representing the brand at congresses, and managing projects and vendor partnerships. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech experience, scientific competence, and travel of up to 50–60%. The annual base pay is $190,572–$233,538 USD, with medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage.
