Winthrop Technologies is hiring a Regional Design Manager to lead and oversee multidisciplinary design teams across multiple data centre projects within a region. The role covers design governance, strategy, technical submissions, RFIs, change management, design assurance, stakeholder coordination, risk and performance reporting, and collaboration with project, construction, commercial, procurement, and commissioning teams. Candidates need a degree in engineering, architecture, building services engineering, construction management, or a related discipline, plus at least 10 years of experience in design, engineering, or technical project delivery within data centres, mission-critical, or large-scale construction projects.
