Description
KLA is hiring an Applications Engineer for its Film and Scatterometry Technology (FaST) Division to provide high-level applications support for semiconductor metrology products. The role involves product characterization, alpha and beta testing, pilot-tool support, remote and local troubleshooting, optical application modeling, customer demonstrations, training, best-known-method documentation, and technical publications. Candidates must have an MS or PhD in engineering, physics, optics, material science, or a related field, strong technical and communication skills, and must be willing to travel more than 50% of the time.
